was formed to help colleges and universities increase retention, persistence and graduation rates for at-risk students.
Both Wayne Jackson and Tony Davis have almost fifty (50) years experience working in higher education. Tony is one of the founders of the International Mentoring Association and has developed mentoring programs for several colleges and universities across the country.
Wayne Jackson is a two time national retention award winner. Wayne was awarded the 2003 Noel-Levitz Retention Excellence Award in 2003, and recently received the 2010 Outstanding Institutional Advising Award Certificate of Merit from the National Academic Advising Association.
Both gentlemen have conducted multiple workshops across the country on how to retain students and how to develop comprehensive mentoring programs. Higher education officials from the United States, Canada and Africa have been trained by both Jackson and Davis.
To increase retention rates; to further develop a mentoring program; strengthen leadership teams; address techniques to enhance motivation; to review evaluation modalities; and to build a successful team.
